   Creativity-er provides digital personal services for eCommerce projects. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined here.

   Our services include but are not limited to consulting, development, and digital solutions tailored for eCommerce platforms. Specific deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements.
3. User Responsibilities
   You agree to provide all necessary information required for the timely completion of your project. You also agree not to use our services for illegal activities.
4. Payments
   Payments are due as outlined in your project agreement. Services will only commence upon receipt of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Policy
   All payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun (see details in the Non-Refundable Policy).
6. Termination of Services
   Creativity-er reserves the right to terminate services if these terms are violated. You may also choose to end the project at any time, but payments made are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
   Upon payment completion, ownership of custom deliverables will transfer to you. However, Creativity-er retains the right to use these for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Creativity-er is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
   Creativity-er may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Creativity-er Non-Refundable Policy

   Due to the nature of digital and personalized services, all payments made to Creativity-er are non-refundable once work on a project has commenced.
2. Cancellations and Adjustments
   Clients may choose to cancel or adjust project scopes at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for work completed or hours billed prior to such cancellation.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
   In cases of force majeure or extreme circumstances, Creativity-er may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis, solely at our discretion.
